I am a nobody, but because of Jesus I am somebody, but only because He lives in me.
Why did I call this One Pastor’s Perspective? Well, I recognize that I look at things differently. I didn’t grow up in Church like many of my brothers. So because of that and other life experiences I come to the world with an odd set of glasses. It is my goal to faithfully divide the Word. Win a lost and dying world. And to encourage believers to grow in their knowledge of God.
God has called me to pastor Calvary Baptist Church in Ware Shoals, SC. I have been serving Him there since 2006. In my spare time I like to spend time with my family. I have 2 boys Micaiah, 9, and Silas, 3, a prophet and a missionary
. I also play guitar, bass and I am learning the banjo. Funny story about how I got the banjo. I traded someone some pens for it. See that is my other hobby. Woodworking, and I have been making a bunch of pens here lately. You can check out my pens at my website http://www.pensbyhans.com

Hans,
Your glasses may be odd,but your spiritual vision is 20/20.

Don’t you mean 50/50?
